I spent six years leading e-commerce in-house, working across teams in France, Singapore and New York, before going independent. That's where I learned what actually moves revenue: not more hours, but systems that connect.
Today I work alongside founders who already have something valuable: a product, a vision, a community, a first proof of concept. My role is to build the systems that help them grow: connecting tools, optimising customer journeys, improving conversions, creating Shopify stores and funnels, and turning ideas into scalable digital ecosystems.
Some months that means strategy sessions and rebuilding the foundations of a business. Other months it means crossing borders or working with clients on-site. Different countries, different industries, same mission: helping ambitious entrepreneurs build businesses that create more freedom.
